Rust Server Manager is run by a small team. Email reaches a person, usually within one working day.
Use this for anything: a question before you buy, help with an installation, a licence or billing problem, a refund request, or a privacy request. There is no phone line — email and Discord are how we work.
The Rust Server Manager Discord is where announcements go out and where most day-to-day help happens. It is the fastest way to get an answer from us or from other server owners.
Purchases are sold and invoiced by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and merchant of record. Payment, tax, invoices, refunds and chargebacks are handled by Paddle. If your question is about a charge on your statement, you can also reach Paddle directly at paddle.net — but emailing us works just as well and we’ll sort it out.
